Payment Policy / Failure to Attend.

It is our practice policy to give patients full information about the cost of their dental work before any treatment is undertaken.

The first appointment will be a full consultation with the specialist you have been referred to. The cost of this includes the full examination, x-rays and a report back to your general dentist.

Consultation costs are as follows:

· Periodontal – £259.00

· Oral Surgery – £190.00

· Implants – £200.00

· Prosthodontic – £250.00

· CBCT – £250.00 (£175.00 if no report is required)

You may pay for your dental care by cash, credit/debit card or BACS (if agreed in advance). We are a pay as you go practice, you will be required to pay for the treatment you receive on the day only.

At your consultation, you will be given a breakdown of costs for future appointments in your course of treatment.

For all consultations we require a 50% deposit. This is non refundable in the event you cancel without giving us 24 hours’ notice (or 1 full working day). This is deducted from your final bill.

If you have failed to attend an appointment, you may be asked to pay a 50% deposit for any future appointments, to ensure this does not happen again.

You will always be shown any lab work at a try-in stage for approval prior to fitting. Once approved and fitted you are liable for the full fees.

Failure to attend, or cancellation within 24 hours, will incur a charge of 50% of the full appointment cost.
