Tasnim qualified from Guy’s, King’s and St. Thomas’ Dental School, London, in 2012. Subsequently she combined work in General Practice and the Community Dental Services in London with completing a Masters in Primary Dental Care at the University of Kent. This was focused on education, training and Periodontology. During this time, she also taught undergraduate dental students at King’s College London and gained a diverse range of experience in oral surgery, sedation, periodontics, special care and restorative dentistry.

Currently Tasnim is a specialist registrar on the postgraduate training programme in Periodontology at Guy’s Hospital. She also works there as an undergraduate clinical teacher in Periodontology. Tasnim has published papers on periodontal risk factors and is currently involved in dental research into advanced techniques for the management of periodontitis.

Tasnim is a member of the British Society of Periodontology and The European Federation of Periodontology. She is also medically trained and has a particular interest in treating nervous patients. She is a member of SAAD (Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry).

Tasnim joined Emsworth Specialist Practice in 2021 and is a dedicated clinician. She is committed to managing a wide range of periodontal conditions to the highest standards to secure the best treatment outcomes for her patients.
