I was warmly welcomed by Jo on reception and the practice is beautiful and very clean. I was then greeted by the lovely Kirsty who was nursing for Dipali. Dipali was so wonderful from start to finish. Extremely thorough and knowledgeable throughout the appointment. I was really happy with the outcome and no further specialist treatment is needed at the moment. But I was super grateful for all of the advice and reassurance I was given as it can be daunting visiting a specialist for the first time.
